Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are a
set of instructions that have been developed to define or standardize the exact steps to perform specific tasks. These steps have
been found to provide consistent, repeatable results regardless of who is performing the task. Controlling costs and assuring quality
are keys to being successful in any business. SOPs help accomplish both of these objectives.
Where are SOPs applied?
