The audit will identify strengths and weaknesses so we can assist you with developing a marketing plan. This 2- to 3-hour process will result in production of a report
for your use.
An additional 2- to 3-hour session will enable us to work with you to develop budgets for capital improvements, personnel requirements and compensation programs based on the results of your sales & marketing audit.
